Product description
The type 490 cable trolley has been one of our most widely used products for more than 30 years and has proven its reliability in heavy industries, including the concrete sector and large companies. Thanks to the robust construction and high-quality materials, these cable trolleys often reach a lifespan of up to 20 years.
For dusty and aggressive environments
The type 490 cable trolley is developed for heavily polluted and chemically aggressive environments. With a special coating, it is even resistant to certain fluorine concentrations. The cable trolley is suitable for INP 80–160 profiles (inclined running surface) and IPE 80–300 profiles (straight running surface). All components are galvanized as standard, and the cable carrier and wheels are made of stainless steel with water- and dust-tight sealing (ZZ). For speeds above 50 m/min, we recommend using strain relief wires between the trolleys.
